Landingbiotech offers several different service packages of polyclonal antibody production to meet your needs. For package 1 and package 2, the customer will supply the antigen for immunization.
- Package 1 includes:
- Immunization of 2 New Zealand white rabbits
- 10-week protocol with 5-8 immunizations and 4 production bleeds
- Titer test with ELISA and Western blot analysis
- 120-150 ml anti-sera will be shipped to the customer
- Package 2 includes:
- Immunization of 2 New Zealand white rabbits
- 10-week protocol with 5-8 immunizations and 4 production bleeds
- Titer test with ELISA and Western blot analysis
- 120-150 ml anti-sera will be purified with Protein G affinity chromatography, and approximate 20-30 mg polyclonal antibody will be shipped to the customer
- Package 3 includes:
- Custom FMOC peptide synthesis of up to 18 amino acid (20mg) with a purity greater than 80%
- Conjugation of peptide to KLH
- Immunization of 2 New Zealand white rabbits
- 10-week protocol with 5-8 immunizations and 4 production bleeds
- Titer test with ELISA and Western blot analysis
- 120-150 ml anti-sera will be shipped to the customer
- Package 4 includes:
- Custom FMOC peptide synthesis of up to 18 amino acid )20mg) with a purity greater than 80%
- Conjugation of peptide to KLH
- Immunization of 2 New Zealand white rabbits
- 10-week protocol with 5-8 immunizations and 4 production bleeds
- Titer test with ELISA and Western blot analysis
- 120-150 ml anti-sera will be purified with Protein G affinity chromatography, and approximate 20-30 mg polyclonal antibody will be shipped to the customer
